The fine print, in plain words

Disclaimer, risk notice and disclosure

Read this before acting on anything else on the site. It's the honest accounting of what we are, what we're not, and what you're risking.

Purpose

cheats.poker is published for educational, informational and harm-reduction purposes only. It describes how poker cheating works so that readers can recognize it, understand the risks, and avoid being scammed. Nothing on this site is an instruction manual, an encouragement to cheat, or a promise that any method works.

Not advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, investment, or professional gambling advice. We are not lawyers and we are not your lawyer. Laws about gambling, cheating, automation, and device use vary enormously between countries and states, and they change. Before acting on anything you read here, check the law where you actually live. If you need legal certainty, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

The risks, stated plainly

Risk Using bots, real-time assistance, collusion, multi-accounting, or physical cheating devices violates the terms of service of every major poker site and app. The realistic consequences include: permanent account closure; confiscation of your entire balance, including your original deposit; cross-network bans that also bar you from live events; and, depending on your jurisdiction, civil liability or criminal prosecution. In regulated markets, collusion and chip dumping can be treated as fraud or money laundering. The 2025 New York case is being prosecuted federally.

Beyond the poker consequences, most cheating software sold online is malware or a scam. Downloading and running it can drain your poker balance, empty a crypto wallet, steal passwords, or hand a stranger remote control of your computer. Because sellers are anonymous and payments are usually irreversible, there is typically no recourse. You can lose far more than you spend.

Results vary and are not typical. There are no guaranteed outcomes in anything described on this site, and we make no income, profit, or winrate claims of any kind. Anyone who does is not telling you the truth.

Detection is real, improving, and often invisible until it acts. Absence of a warning is not evidence you haven’t been flagged.

No affiliation with the rooms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any poker room, app, operator, or brand named on this site, including but not limited to GGPoker, PokerStars, partypoker, WPT Global, PPPoker, Pokerrrr2, PokerBros, ClubGG, WePoker, and CoinPoker. Trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification, description, and commentary.

Sourcing and accuracy

We source non-obvious factual claims — seized amounts, account bans, device details, court cases — to published reports, and we distinguish independently verified facts from operators’ own public-relations claims. Even so, this is a fast-moving subject; figures and rankings drift, and we may be wrong or out of date. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll correct it. Nothing here should be treated as the final word on a specific site’s current practices.

Commercial and affiliate disclosure

cheats.poker is a commercial website. Some pages contain links that connect you with third-party specialists, and we may receive compensation when you make contact or transact through them. That compensation does not change our editorial content: our scam warnings, risk disclosures, and detection reporting are written the same way regardless of any commercial relationship, and we flag operator PR as PR. We would rather tell you a tool is a scam and lose the sale than take your money on a lie.

Responsible play

If poker has stopped being a game for you, take it seriously. Support is available through organizations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org), and the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-522-4700 in the US). Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
